Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older.
• Current Food Handler's Permit.
• Food experience preferred, but if you're awesome we'll train you.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall restaurant operations and lead the team by example.
• Support the General Manager and prepare for future advancement to GM.
• Schedule, hire, and train staff; conduct interviews and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure HACCP and Health Department compliance and quality control.
• Oversee cash handling, ordering, and cost management of labor and food.
