Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a single Panda Express store, driving guest satisfaction and financial performance.

You will participate in a 3+ week Store Leadership Training program and receive mentorship from our Panda community to support your success.

The role requires flexibility to work opening and closing shifts, weekends and holidays within a 50‑mile relocation window from home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store; hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
