Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store operations for a single location.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide 3+ weeks of leadership training to prepare for success.
