Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store in a fast-paced environment. You will hire, supervise, and develop associates to hit financial targets while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.
