Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide 3+ weeks of leadership training to prepare for success and support from the Panda community.
