Panda Express, a leader in American-Chinese dining, is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda store with focus on guest experience and team leadership. You will participate in a 3+ week leadership training program and help guide daily operations under the store manager’s supervision.

Ideal candidates will hold a high school diploma and be flexible about relocation within 50 miles. Availability for opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected to meet

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
