Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single store and drive guest satisfaction. You will hire, guide and supervise team members, work toward financial goals, and deliver exceptional service.

A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to set you up for success. Eligible candidates will have a high school diploma, be willing to relocate within 50 miles, and fit a flexible schedule that includes openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Support the store leadership training program ranging from 3 or more weeks to prepare for advancement.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and uphold Panda Express standards in customer service and operations.
