Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, seeks an Assistant Manager to help operate a single store, hire and guide staff, and drive guest satisfaction. A leadership training program of 3 or more weeks will prepare you for success as you contribute to store performance and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership training and support to store team members during the onboarding and development process.
