Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single location. You will hire, supervise and direct team members to meet financial goals and deliver outstanding guest experiences. A three-week (or longer) leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Candidates must be willing to relocate within 50 miles of home and have a high school diploma. Flexible availability, including openings, evenings, weekends and holidays, and Serve Safe certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in and support a three or more weeks of store leadership training program.
