Job summary

Windsor Fashions LLC is seeking a Store Assistant Manager in Colorado to join our leadership team. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales, managing payroll and expenses, and coaching a team of up to 25 associates to deliver an exceptional Oasis experience for every customer.

You will organize daily operations, open and close the store as needed, and maintain Windsor Merchandising Directives and Visual Guidelines while promoting our values of respect, care and ownership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership with ability to develop and motivate a team.
• Strong communication skills in group and one-on-one settings.
• Flexible and reliable schedule including opening/closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and store productivity while managing shrink, payroll and expenses.
• Coach and mentor a team of stylists to deliver an omni-channel Oasis experience.
• Oversee daily store operations and maintain Windsor Visual Guidelines.
