You will participate in a 3+ week leadership training program, receive comprehensive benefits, and have opportunities for advancement into store or regional management within Panda Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Able to relocate/store within 50 miles of home.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified for food safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve goals and guest satisfaction.
• Support leadership training and drive store performance.
