Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a Panda Express store. You will lead a team, ensure guest satisfaction, and carry out company program standards.

You will participate in a multi-week leadership training program designed to prepare you for growth within the Panda family and support from our community. A strong focus on teamwork, safety and results will guide your daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a leadership training program to prepare for success.
• Support store leadership with daily operations and team development.
