Panda Express in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single store and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will participate in a multi-week Store Leadership Training program and contribute to achieving financial goals while developing your leadership skills.

Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, and directing associates; ensuring food safety and quality standards; and supporting daily store operations.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

In charge of assisting the operation of a single store.
Hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Participate in a 3+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
