Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single store in Port Saint Lucie, FL. You will oversee associates, drive toward financial goals, and ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes leading daily operations, maintaining food safety standards, and contributing to a positive team culture. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to accelerate growth and success within Panda Express.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Lead the store with the three or more weeks of leadership training prepared by Panda Express.
