As an Assistant Manager you will help run a single store, hiring, mentoring and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store and support financial goals and guest experience.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates to meet targets.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program.
