Panda Express is seeking a capable Assistant Manager to help operate a single Florida store, drive guest satisfaction, and guide teams toward financial goals. You will participate in a multi‑week leadership training program to prepare for management responsibilities within our Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, hire and manage associates, and direct teams to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for store management responsibilities.
