Job summary

Panda Express in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Store Manager to run a single location, lead hiring and supervision of associates, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll be empowered to implement strong operational standards and guest-first service, with support from a comprehensive leadership team.

The role includes 8+ weeks of paid store leadership training and ample opportunities for growth into management positions.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Lead and supervise staff to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
Participate in an eight+ week store leadership training program.
