We provide a multi-week Store Leadership Training program to prepare you for success and support from a Panda community that cares about your development. This role requires flexibility to work openings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Support a 3+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.
