Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in leadership training program (3+ weeks) to prepare for store leadership responsibilities.
