Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

• Assist operation of a single store and lead associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain staffing efficiency.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success.
