As an Assistant Manager, you will help run a single store, hire and coach associates, hit financial goals, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. A multi-week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be able to relocate within 50 miles.
• Available to work opening/closing shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• ServSafe food safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week leadership training program.
