Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee a single store’s operations, staffing, and guest experience. You will participate in a multi‑week leadership training program and contribute to achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifikationen

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Assist operation of a single Panda store and lead associates to meet goals.
Hire, manage and direct staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Participate in leadership training to prepare for store leadership roles.
