Panda offers a hands-on 3+ week store leadership training program and mentorship within a supportive Panda community. The role requires a high school diploma, flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays within a 50-mile relocation radius, and Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve goals and deliver great guest experiences.
• Support from leadership training program to prepare for success.
