Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda store. You will recruit, lead and develop team members to meet financial targets and ensure outstanding guest experiences. A leadership training program of 3 or more weeks will prepare you for success.

Flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; Must have Serve Safe certification and be willing to relocate within 50 miles of home. EOE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a store leadership training program of 3 or more weeks.
