Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store, drive guest satisfaction, and lead a team to achieve financial goals. The role includes managing staff, ensuring food safety, and delivering high-quality service.

You will participate in a 3+ week Store Leadership Training program and have opportunities for growth within the Panda community. This position typically requires flexibility and a strong commitment to development.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be flexible to move to stores within 50 miles of home.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store and lead associates to meet financial goals and guest-service standards.
• Hire, coach, and direct team members to ensure smooth store performance.
• Complete the store leadership training program (3+ weeks) to prepare for advancement.
