Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to hit financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success.

You will be part of Panda Express' growth, with opportunities for development and advancement within our store management team.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified for food safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising, and directing associates to meet goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.
