Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that includes openings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and supervise associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Help hire, onboard, coach and direct team members for store success.
• Support leadership training and development through the three+ week store leadership program.
