Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager for Store 4524 on N. Farwell Ave in Milwaukee, WI.

You will support the Store Manager, supervise a frontline team, manage cash, inventory, scheduling, and customer service on varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

This full-time role offers weekly pay, a potential monthly bonus, 401(k), PTO, health coverage, sign-on bonus after six months, and real career growth in retail leadership.

Qualifications

• Open availability including weekends/holidays and second/third shifts.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• 21+ years old with basic math and English communication.
• Able to perform cleaning, restrooms, and exterior areas maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full shift coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate your team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned.
