Job summary

LV Petroleum in Henderson, NV is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to help lead daily Starbucks-style store operations and support the Store Manager in driving excellence. You will mentor baristas, maintain high service and quality standards, and foster a positive team culture in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include shift management, training, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and resolving guest concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or restaurant supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
