Starbucks in Henderson, NV is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to help lead daily store operations and develop the team in a fast-paced environment. You will work with the Store Manager to drive excellence, maintain high standards, and foster a positive, team-oriented culture.

The role emphasizes supporting shift management, staff training, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring food safety and operational compliance.

Competenze

• 1+ years of retail or restaurant supervisory experience (Starbucks experience is a plus).
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).

• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and shift management
• Lead and motivate baristas to provide outstanding customer service and product quality
• Help train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance expectations
