Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a busy cafe team of baristas, ensuring warm customer service and high-quality beverages. You will model store standards, oversee daily operations, coach colleagues to deliver the Starbucks Experience, and help create a welcoming, efficient work environment that keeps customers coming back.

You’ll take the lead on opening or closing, handle cash, follow safety protocols, and communicate clearly with partners to maintain a positive, productive mood
