Elements Therapeutic Massage, LLC in Newton, MA is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to help oversee sales and operations for a massage therapy wellness studio. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring prior management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. This franchise operates with independent ownership and a focus on client well-being.

Qualifications

• Prior management or key holder experience a plus.
• Excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly
• Customer Service oriented
• Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectation, goals, and delegate
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence
• Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Competent trainer and motivator
• MindBody Software experience a plus
• Evenings and weekends required
