Job summary

Elements Massage seeks a Studio Manager to oversee sales and operations for a wellness massage studio in Scottsdale. The role focuses on driving guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and efficient studio operations.

The successful candidate will lead a team, implement policies, and ensure smooth day-to-day execution, including scheduling, payments, and service quality. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in sales and/or operations with a focus on guest experience.
• Ability to implement structure, policies, and procedures for smooth operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Customer service oriented with problem solving and delegation abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible days/hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations for a Massage Therapy wellness studio.
• Lead and develop staff to ensure excellent guest experiences and efficiency.
• Implement operational policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Utilize MindBody software to manage bookings, scheduling, and reporting.
• Collaborate with franchise owners and studio teams to meet targets.

Manager Qualifications - A great manager believes in the therapeutic benefits of Massage Therapy, and has the following:

• Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a sales manager, operations manager, and/or general manager.
• Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
• Implement structure, policies, and procedures.
• Customer Service oriented
• Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectation, goals, and delegate
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
