Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to merge strategy, operations, creativity, and people leadership in a fast-paced store environment. You will drive sales, oversee daily operations, and coach a team to deliver best-in-class customer service.

You will lead staffing, training, and development, while maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising. This role offers growth opportunities within the store organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
