The Assistant Manager of Retail Operations supports the visitor experience through excellent customer service and thoughtful retail selections that complement the collection and exhibitions at the Walters Art Museum. This position also contributes financially to the Institution’s mission-driven operations through attaining sales goals and professional store management.
Wednesday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Thursday: 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Saturday – Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Schedule may change as needed to support museum events.
