Job summary

Soma in Leawood, KS is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team, delivering a welcoming, customer-centric experience, and upholding our culture of hospitality.

You will help hire, develop, and coach associates, drive sales to meet store goals, manage inventory and replenishment, and ensure safe, efficient operations across nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Achieve store financial goals and motivate the team.
• Assist in hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
