Job summary

Helzberg Diamonds is seeking an Assistant Manager in Austin, TX to help drive store sales and lead daily operations while advancing through our training program for future Store Manager roles.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of jewelry retail experience, a proven sales record in a commission environment, and strong communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in business-related fields is preferred. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
