Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Columbia, MD is seeking an Assistant Manager at The Mall in Columbia to drive sales, oversee daily operations, and lead a team. You’ll supervise the sales floor, manage staffing and payroll, train staff, and ensure strong product knowledge and brand execution.

You will analyze reports, maintain visual displays, protect assets, and fulfill OMNI channel orders while embodying the company culture and values in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
