Job summary

The role requires a High School Diploma and 3+ years of branch banking experience, plus Word/Excel skills and notary eligibility within six months. This is a full-time on-site position offering a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum of three years branch banking experience required as an individual contributor
• Microsoft Word and Excel skills required
• Commissioned notary or ability to obtain notary commission within six months

Responsibilities

• Performs routine branch opening, closing, member service, and other operational tasks
• Assumes responsibility for supervision of the branch during the manager’s absence
• Coach staff to cross-sell and track sales goals, and provide training on sales techniques
• Help branch manager achieve financial, operational, and customer satisfaction goals
• Resolve member or operational issues
• Coordinate with other teams to promote products and represent the Credit Union at community events
• Support portfolio growth by identifying opportunities to deepen relationships
• Ensure members receive optimal service and monitor adherence to controls
• Utilize systems to access reports for branch performance and business decisions
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
