Legacy Ventures Restaurants in Atlanta seeks an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring profitability and adherence to brand standards. You will supervise front-of-house staff, train team members, and maintain a safe, guest-focused environment in a two-story venue attached to the Hilton Garden Inn.

The role requires strong communication, team leadership, and a commitment to exceptional service and process reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25-35 lbs regularly.
• Stand, walk and climb stairs for 90% of the shift.
• Ability to follow HR policies and procedures and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to meet financial and HR goals.
• Supervise front of house staff and ensure service quality.
• Train staff and provide guidance for a positive training experience.
• Maintain equipment, facilities and adhere to safety standards.
• Enforce alcohol service procedures and ID policies.
