Job summary

Subway is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations with a focus on guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, inventory control, staff scheduling, safety, and teamwork. You’ll support in-store management and ensure standards are met across all shifts.

You will supervise 4-12 staff, plan events and promotions, assist with product ordering and training, and help maintain a safe, welcoming restaurant environment at all times.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Ability to operate a POS system and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent Guest experience and maintain food quality.
• Supervise a staff of 4-12, assign and evaluate work.
• Assist in scheduling for shifts and training for events.
• Assist with product ordering and inventory as needed.
• Maintain restaurant safety, cleanliness and security standards.
