Floyd's - Webster is seeking an Assistant Manager in Pearland, TX to lead daily restaurant operations, coach a team, and ensure outstanding guest service. You will manage staff, schedule shifts, and help control budgets while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

The role emphasizes P&L awareness, adherence to policies, and collaboration with the area supervisor to drive sales and profitability. A strong leadership track record is required.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of salaried manager experience in full-service casual dining.
• Experience with full-service alcohol serving facility desirable.
• Proven leadership with coaching, directing, and motivating a team.
• Exposure to P&L and sales building desirable.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all restaurant operations and drive daily performance.
• Ensure excellent guest service that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Maintain adequate staffing to meet guest needs and peak times.
• Control day-to-day operations including cash handling and financial reports.
• Assist in developing annual operating budgets and manage P&L centers.
• Operate in accordance with company policies and laws.
• Interview, hire, train, and mentor employees; manage performance.
• Handle invoicing, reporting, and other admin duties accurately.
