Job summary

Floyd's - Webster is seeking a friendly, professional server to provide attentive food and beverage service, take and input orders into the POS system, and ensure accurate delivery to guests in a fast-paced restaurant.

Greet guests, explain specials, check in on satisfaction, maintain clean stations, and comply with all regulations and alcohol service rules. Prior serving experience and English communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Food Worker Card required.
• One year of serving experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
• Courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Service of food and/or beverage, including taking orders, delivering, and clearing items.
• Check station before, during, and after shift for cleanliness and proper setup.
• Greet guests in a friendly manner and explain specials and promotions.
• Take orders and input into POS system to inform kitchen of details.
• Retrieve orders, confirm accuracy, and deliver to guests.
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Abide by all state and federal regulations and liquor policies for serving alcohol to minors or intoxicated guests.
