Responsibilities

• Assist Manager with supervising and training Direct Support Professionals to provide ongoing support and foster independence for residents.
• Assist with training of new employees to ensure the residence is adequately staffed.
• Maintain weekly staff schedules based on availability and residents' needs to ensure appropriate care.
• Maintain records of staff time, attendance, performance, deficiencies, supervisory sessions and training needs.
• Verify that all treatment plan documentation is present and completed daily.
