Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! at Taos, NM is seeking a proactive store management assistant to help run daily operations and uphold Domino's standards.

You will support the General Manager, supervise staff, handle onboarding, and ensure cleanliness and inventory control to deliver great guest experiences. The role requires reliable transportation, full-time availability, and strong communication skills; prior quick-service or restaurant leadership is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-time availability.
• Experience in management or quick-service restaurant is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and to motivate a cohesive team.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Counting inventory and supplies.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards.
• Efficient employee supervision.
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment.
• Rotating commissary deliveries.
• Other job duties, as needed.
