Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Franklin Park, a 163-unit apartment community in Austin, TX. You will support the Community Manager with daily operations, manage occupancy targets, and foster resident relations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of property management experience and can work evenings/weekends as needed. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and incentive bonus program.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years property management experience preferred.
• Experience with Section 8/42 or market-rate properties preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel.
• Establish positive relationships within the community.
• Be on-call as scheduled by management.
