Job summary

Onyx Edina, managed by Sentinel Real Estate Corporation, seeks an Assistant Manager for our premier Edina, Minnesota community. The role involves supervising staff, managing leasing office duties, and supporting leasing efforts to ensure strong occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The position requires 3 years of leasing experience, 1 year in an Assistant Manager role, and a working knowledge of Yardi. A BA/BS or Associate's degree is desirable, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years apartment leasing experience and 1 year as Assistant Manager.
• Knowledge of Yardi software preferred.
• BA/BS or Associate's degree desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and directing property personnel in leasing office and reports.
• Prepare resident move-in packages and vacancy/activity reports.
• Assist in collecting and recording income and delinquent rents.
• Process invoices for payment.
• Maintain resident files and manage move-ins/outs.
• Support leasing and marketing efforts; maintain advertising logs.
