MGM Resorts International is hiring an Assistant Manager for Starbucks & Posh Burger at Aria in Las Vegas. You will oversee daily operations of high-volume quick-service venues, leading a team to deliver premium hospitality aligned with Aria's luxury standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, inventory, cost controls, and guest communications to create WOW experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in a similar Express Gourmet dining environment.
• Previous experience as a Lead, Shift Supervisor, or Manager in Starbucks or a similar high-volume cafe preferred.

Aufgaben

• Review daily schedules and manage time-off and vacation requests; coach and train on policies, procedures, and performance.
• Supervise cashiers to ensure correct policies and procedures for check handling and closing are followed by service staff; manage access and egress to meet Health Department and Fire Marshal regs.
• Directly communicate with the Chef on all food service and menu issues.
• Assist with seasonal and holiday menu changes.
• Order supplies through the IP System and Purchasing.
• Exercise cost controls for all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Manage pricing and maintenance issues to ensure checks are processed correctly.
• Communicate with guests regarding special requests and large party reservations.
