Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in hospitality, service or retail environments.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead center staff and assist with recruiting, training and coaching.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and payroll compliance.
• Promote and market Destination Pet services in the community and manage safety and pet welfare.
