Huck’s Market Assistant Manager position is a key leadership role supporting the Store Manager in daily operations of the Bloomington store. You will ensure friendly customer service, handle shift coverage, and drive sales while upholding company standards and policies.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, processing transactions, and promoting Huck’s Bucks loyalty program to customers. This role offers growth with potential promotion to store manager upon training and openings.

• Greet customers promptly and courteously and maintain Best In Class standards
• Cover shifts and manage store operations during the shift, including evenings
• Promote Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app and assist customers with sign-up and redemption
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and adherence to policies
